Your new role:

As a key support to the President, you will oversee crafting visually appealing and impactful presentations for internal and external communications, organizing preparation meetings, gathering essential messages, and participating in strategic discussions:
- Developing strategic content;
- Creating strategic narratives that unify leadership, marketing, sales, and operations;
- Collaborating with executives and product teams, researching data, ensuring consistency in messages, and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines;
- Providing strategic advice to senior leadership, coordinating corporate strategy initiatives;
- Support to the executive office by coordinating calendars, arranging meetings/events, assisting with budgets, and overseeing office operations;
- Maximize the use of automation of best-in-class design tools.

What you need to be successful:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields;
Ability to analyze complex data and present it in clear, digestible charts and visuals using tools like Excel;
Strong writing skills for crafting clear, persuasive narratives and editing content to ensure precision;
Experience with managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders;
Aptitude for transforming complex information into compelling stories that align with strategic objectives;
Ability to synthesize diverse inputs into coherent messages and resolve challenges during preparation processes;
Building strong relationships with team members and executives while maintaining diplomacy and professionalism;
Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities or last-minute revisions in high-pressure environments;
Confidence in participating in strategic meetings and understanding key business messages;
Ensuring accuracy in presentations, from content to formatting;
Prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality;
Propose usage of best in class tools to optimize processes;
Fluent in English (written and spoken) essential; proficiency in other languages is advantageous;
IT Skills: PowerPoint, Keynote, or Prezi. Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Canva).
Previous Shared Services professional environment is a nice to have.
