We are seeking a highly experienced administrative fluent in french to join a SSC that is growing, providing remote services to other subsidiaries across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in close collaboration with various teams including legal, sales, and technical departments.
  • Manage master data and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as gathering essential information (bank details, pricing, contract duration) when a business manager identifies a need.
  • Efficiently create and update records in the database.
  • Oversee project progress post-contract closure, including purchase orders, monthly reconciliations (receipt in SAP), resolving invoice discrepancies, and coordinating with the accounting team and managers.
  • Ensure cost accuracy in the system and address any cost-related inquiries from internal suppliers.
Profile:
  • A 2 or 3-year degree in administration or management, with initial experience in subcontracting, procurement, or accounting.
  • Fluent in French; (fluency in English is desirable)
  • Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of handling tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SAP is beneficial.
  • Background in accounting is preferred.
