Your new role
Responsible to provide day-to-day professional HR support and policy administration relating to all phases of the employee life cycle (e.g. hiring, training, employee relations) plus HR business support such as organization design, talent planning and talent management. Have multiple manufacturing site responsibilities (directly in Portugal and France and hybrid Germany and Poland) and uses best practices and knowledge of internal business processes to manage and improve HR services.

What you need to succeed
  • High school diploma in HR or social sciences;
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in a multinational industrial context;
  • Advanced level of English
  • Knowledge of French (preferential)
  • Availability to travel;
