A dynamic organization is expanding in Porto with a hybrid work regime.
Your new role:
- Develop and manage the Core HR data model and processes (hire, move, promote, terminate, etc.), ensuring alignment with the overall project plan during both the development phase (integration) and the run mode.
- Organize and execute the testing strategy related to Core HR activities.
- Produce KPIs and maintain dashboards for the Core HR scope.
- Identify, anticipate, and challenge roadblocks, analyze risks, and help solve issues for stream completion. Raise points of attention and risks on overall progress, acting proactively.
- Produce and/or validate training and communication content to ensure proper user adoption of the concerned features.
- Coordinate L3 incidents regarding Core HR/Employee Central processes.
- Communicate with HR business process owners and the integrator team.
- Occasionally participate in the design and implementation of access management features.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, C&B, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HRIS Core HR or HRIS projects at a global level.
- Experience in HRIS implementation projects (build and/or run), ideally in a global environment, either at a consulting company or within an internal team.
- Certifications in Project Management, such as PMP, are a plus.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
