Your new role
Lead Recruitment Efforts: Manage the hiring process for Sales and Pre-Sales Engineers across regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, India); Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and understand business needs.
Source and Attract Top Talent: Identify and engage high-potential candidates using market insights and benchmarks. Focus on candidates with experience in IT Sales, B2B, and, when possible, Cybersecurity.
Manage Candidates Effectively: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience, even when facing last-minute changes; Assess candidates’ ability to work independently and thrive in unstructured environments.
Align and Report: Partner with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies and ensure timely delivery; Help determine competitive compensation for various markets, like India and APAC, through benchmarking.
What you need to succeed
Proven experience in global sales recruitment or consulting roles;
Background in hiring for IT Sales, B2B, or Cybersecurity (preferred but not essential);
Excellent knowledge of global sales talent markets, particularly in EMEA, LATAM, APAC, and India;
Resilient and able to handle last-minute changes in a dynamic environment;
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently;
Detail-oriented, analytic, and a strong communicator who collaborates effectively;
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
What the company can offer you
3-month temporary project with a base salary and €9.60/day in meal allowance. After 3 months, if you perform well, you can integrate into the company.
