Your new role:
As part of a dynamic and growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Customer service data & price update management in this Shared Service Centre.
Main tasks:
- Handles customer data base updates such as customer master data and pricelist maintenance;
- Guarantee the accuracy of pricing data in ERP, targeting to eliminate pricing errors and ensure accurate communication to customers/clients;
- Responsible for documenting and maintaining pricing processes;
- Responsible for the review and administration of price deviations and exceptions;
- Respond to pricing queries escalated from sales and other employees as needed;
- Effect promotional pricing in designated product categories and territories;
- Ensure that prices and specific programs conform to the organization’s pricing strategy;
- Provide support for system upgrades and implementations related to pricing;
- Administer and upload exceptions for customers price list from customers;
- Undertake ad-hoc pricing analysis as required by superiors.
What you need to be successful:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service / data maintenance role;
Language Skills: Italian Native and English Fluent;
Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile and Salesforce preferred;
Excel Skills;
Previous Shared Services professional environment is a nice to have.
