Your New Role
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and participating in internal initiatives to enhance the current QA methodology with cutting-edge tools and techniques. You will be responsible for defining test strategies, designing test plans, coordinating test phases, and managing both internal and external teams to ensure comprehensive end-to-end Oracle Retail solutions are successfully implemented. Your role will also involve reporting progress to leadership and representing QA in key decision meetings.

What You'll Need

• 8-15 years of experience in IT Quality Assurance, including test planning, execution, and management.
• Proven experience in coordinating QA teams within IT projects.
• Strong understanding and experience with testing automation tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in English.
