Your New Role

As an IT Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting IT projects across the organisation, with a specific focus on SAP FI, PM, and QM modules. You will oversee project lifecycles, ensure successful implementation, and provide technical expertise to enhance business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Provide expert knowledge and support in SAP FI (Financial Accounting), PM (Plant Maintenance), and QM (Quality Management) modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor project progress.
• Conduct system analysis, design, and configuration for SAP modules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP-related problems.
• Train and mentor junior IT staff and end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in IT project management and SAP module implementation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP FI, PM, and QM modules.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by SAP FI, PM, and QM.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
