Facilities Administrative Office | Coimbra
A growing multinational industrial company in Coimbra is recruiting a Facilities Administrative Officer.


Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper documentation management
  • Conduct floor management activities
  • Strategic planning
  • Contracts management
  • Manage external providers, granting proper communication of rules and good practices fully understood and implemented.
  • Plan and implement improvement measures for the entire company.
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Ensure proper coordination within the variety of the internal activities ensure defined requirements compliance.


Requirements:
  • 5/6 years of experience with similar responsibilities.
  • Organized, proactive and able to make decisions.
  • Knowledge and experience in Soft-Services Management.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
