Your New Role
- Prepare payroll operations including pay delivery, time and attendance, payroll accounting, and tax reporting to ensure efficient payroll processes.
- Manage and monitor payroll disbursements, process all pay data, maintain payroll records, and ensure compliance to guarantee accurate and timely payroll activities.
- Serve as the point of contact for the payroll system provider for new payroll settings.
- Support the implementation of Time and Attendance and Payroll system changes across the four countries within your scope of responsibility.
- Develop procedures and oversee the preparation, documentation, and disbursement of all payroll checks, payroll taxes, and employee benefit payments.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a global payroll position.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong capability to influence others regarding policies, procedures, and practices.
- Fluency in English.
- Initiative, dynamism, and the confidence to propose new ideas.
