Your new Role

As a Test Lead Quality Assurance , you will be responsible for:
  • Ensure the project considers DNA's security and performance requirements;
  • Lead and manage testing teams;
  • Define testing scope, objectives, and respective deliveries;
  • Develop and implement the overall test strategy and test plan (and respective risk mitigation strategies);
  • Oversee test activities throughout the entire project lifecycle;
  • Monitor and report test progresses, defects, and key metrics.

What you will need to succeed

To be succeed as a Test Lead Quality Assurance you will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or related field;
  • ISTQB Certification;
  • +10 years of experience working in the Quality Assurance area;
  • Experience managing teams;
  • Experience with test automation tools;
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence;
  • Knowledge of Agile/Safe/Scrum Methodologies;
  • Wiling to work to benefit a team as a whole;
  • Experience from work in a multi-location teams;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Fluency in English.
